The order is sent in 2 steps:

The making:

Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 hours after validation and can take up to two weeks of manufacture (including the 48 to 72 hours prior to validation, weekends and public holidays). The deadlines may be longer during sales, promotions or special operations.

The delivery:

The delivery time corresponds to the transit time by DHL. The deadlines displayed are therefore only indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline but shouldn't exceeds one week

Most of our orders are delivered within the 10 days following your order confirmation mail

Keep in mind, the Surf Spring is crafted entirely by just one guy! A one-man assembly line with a current manufacturing capacity of a whooping 5 units per week.

This may sometimes result in longer wait times, depending on stock availability and the timing of your order.

Here’s how the process works : after you complete checkout, you will receive the initial order confirmation email. Then, a second email with your tracking number will follow only when your reserved unit is actually ready to ship.

We aim to keep the wait between these two emails as short as possible; however, if demand is high and a waiting list is in place, please allow up to 14 days between the first and the second email.
